For the main courses we use fresh egg pasta combined with local and seasonal products, including the renowned "black noodles with mussels, clams and mullet roe," the Grouper ravioli with swordfish sauce and sea asparagus" and most requested "Maccarones de Busa with prawns and eggplant or artichokes”, without overlooking the excellent "Paella Valenciana" (better to book).
As second courses our kitchen offers fresh fish, including lobster always taken directly from the fishermen of our bay in Alghero. Thanks to the great experience of our pizza maker, you can enjoy a great variety of sourdough pizzas, baked in a traditional brick-oven, handmade, which makes the taste pleasantly unique. We stand for the use of selected oils and cheeses produced by well known artisans. We accompany the dishes with wines belonging to local wineries and recommend a suitable combination of plate and wine tasting to create harmony around our dishes. We complete the meal offering homemade desserts from the "Seadas myrtle" to "Manja Blanc”. All the products we buy provide our customers with high quality at a "normal" price.
